Jesse Slone

I am the current president of Local 4900, elected in 2023. I started working for the state of Alaska in 2021, and quickly realized that wages, benefits, and working conditions had been slipping for decades. That led me on a path to trying to understand why and what could be done about it.

I am working to bring us together to work together to turn this around. My goal is to advocate for fair wages, improved benefits, and better working conditions for all members of Local 4900.
